DAR ES SALAAM: TANZANIA and Singapore have reaffirmed their commitment to enhance cooperation in technological and economic development, while also strengthening their long-existing diplomatic relations.

This was revealed during President Samia Suluhu Hassan’s talks with Singapore’s envoy,  Douglas Foo, which aimed to strengthen the relationship between two countries.

The talks took place today, February 27, 2026,  at the State House in Dar es Salaam. Both parties discussed various issues, including technology, education, health, and infrastructure.

 During the discussions, both sides emphasized the importance of increased cooperation in technological and economic development, while appreciating the strong diplomatic relations that already exist between the two countries.
