
DAR ES SALAAM: EXPERTS from the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Unit of the Ministry of Finance, in collaboration with the Public-Private Partnership Centre (PPPC), together with specialists from the Ministry of Labour and Investment, Zanzibar through the Public-Private Partnership Department (PPPD), have met to discuss preparations for the first collaboration meeting for the fiscal year 2025/2026.
The meeting was held at the Ministry of Finance satellite offices in Dar es Salaam.
During the meeting, the experts discussed various issues, including reviewing and confirming the agenda to be addressed at the first collaboration meeting.

Additionally, the experts reviewed the implementation report from the outcomes of the second collaboration meeting for 2024/2025, and received a presentation on the Draft Guidelines for the Management of Budgetary Support and Concurrent Loans, a step aimed at ensuring effective cooperation between the public and private sectors.
The meeting is part of the Government’s ongoing efforts to strengthen business and investment collaboration between the two sectors, intending to contribute to economic development and improving citizens’ welfare.
