DAR ES SALAAM: Twenty-five Tanzanian students have graduated from various academic programmes in Indonesia, marking another milestone in the growing education partnership between the two countries.

The graduates, who completed studies at different universities across Indonesia, include holders of PhDs, Master’s degrees and other professional qualifications.

The achievement was celebrated during the Tanzania Students Association in Indonesia (TASAI) 2026 graduation ceremony held on June 27, 2026, in collaboration with the Tanzania Embassy in Indonesia.

Representing Tanzania’s Ambassador to Indonesia, Macocha Tembele, at the event, Suleiman A. Saleh congratulated the graduates and urged them to use the knowledge, skills and experience gained abroad to contribute to Tanzania’s development.

He said the embassy remains committed to strengthening cooperation with the Indonesian government, universities and education stakeholders to expand opportunities for Tanzanians in higher education, training and knowledge exchange.
