DAR ES SALAAM: THE Executive Director of the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA), CPA Prof Siasa Mzenzi, has encouraged students, young people, and members of the public interested in accounting and auditing to visit the board’s pavilion at the 50th Dar es Salaam International Trade Fair (Sabasaba) to receive career guidance and professional information.

Speaking at the trade fair, Prof Mzenzi said NBAA is actively participating in the 2026 exhibition to provide advisory services, education, and information on the accounting and auditing profession, including the procedures for joining the profession.

He said that at the NBAA visitors have the opportunity to ask questions and obtain information on accounting, auditing, and developments in the profession.

Prof Mzenzi added that, in addition to its own pavilion, NBAA is also participating in the Ministry of Finance’s exhibition alongside other higher learning and technical education institutions, giving students and stakeholders access to information from various organizations involved in advancing education and professional development.

He urged aspiring accountants and auditors to take advantage of the exhibition by visiting both the NBAA and Ministry of Finance pavilions to learn about entry requirements, study opportunities, professional examinations, and career prospects in the accounting and auditing sector.

According to Prof Mzenzi, the Sabasaba Trade Fair serves as an important platform for educating the public about services offered by government and private institutions while helping young people make informed decisions about their careers and future.
