DAR ES SALAAM: THE Tanzania Electrical, Mechanical and Electronics Services Agency (TEMESA) has announced the temporary suspension of the MV KAZI ferry due to technical challenges affecting its operating systems.
The agency announced on Monday, noting that its technicians are currently on the ferry working to resolve the issue.
Additionally, TEMESA stated that in the meantime, services are being provided by Azam Sea Taxi ferries.
“Motorists, motorcyclists, and cyclists are advised to use the Mwalimu Nyerere Bridge, as the available ferries are currently carrying passengers only. We sincerely apologize to all passengers for the inconvenience caused,” the agency stated.
