DAR ES SALAAM: VICTOR Attorneys & Consultants and Exodus Investment Firm have jointly launched a new Private Wealth Management Desk , a strategic advisory platform aimed at transforming how high-net-worth individuals and families in Tanzania and the wider region manage, protect and grow their wealth.
The initiative brings together investment management expertise from Exodus Investment Firm and legal, tax and structuring capabilities from Victory Attorneys & Consultants, creating an integrated service model designed to address long-standing fragmentation in the country’s wealth advisory landscape.
According to the firms, the new platform will provide a single coordinated advisory structure covering bespoke investment portfolios, strategic asset allocation, cross-border tax planning, estate and succession structuring, family governance frameworks, philanthropic advisory services and confidential dispute resolution.
Speaking on the launch, Victory Attorneys & Consultants Executive Partner, Benedict Ishabakaki, said the model responds to inefficiencies that have traditionally affected wealthy clients in Tanzania.
“High-net-worth individuals in Tanzania have historically had to navigate a fragmented network of advisors who work in isolation,” Ishabakaki said. “The result is structural gaps, duplicated costs and missed opportunities. This desk eliminates that fragmentation entirely.”
The Private Wealth Management Desk will also bring together a multidisciplinary team comprising senior investment professionals, legal strategists, Big Four tax experts and estate planning specialists, all working under a unified advisory structure.
Exodus Advisory Chief Executive Officer, Ramadhan Kagwandi, said the partnership reflects the increasing complexity of wealth creation and preservation in Tanzania’s evolving economy.
“The wealth being created in this country today is substantial,” Kagwandi said. “But wealth creation and wealth preservation are two entirely different disciplines. We built this desk because our clients deserve both, seamlessly coordinated and delivered by people who understand the Tanzanian and regional context.”
The firms further noted that the platform will operate under strict fiduciary duty and attorney-client privilege, with each client assigned a dedicated senior relationship principal to coordinate all legal, investment and estate planning services.

The launch comes at a time when Tanzania is experiencing a growing generational wealth transition, with more business families preparing for succession planning and long-term asset preservation strategies. The firms say the desk is designed to serve this emerging need, alongside established investors, executives and family offices operating within East Africa.
Victory Attorneys & Consultants is recognised as one of Tanzania’s leading legal and tax advisory firms, while Exodus Investment Firm specialises in portfolio management, alternative investments and strategic capital advisory services.
