DAR ES SALAAM: TANZANIA Standard Newspapers (TSN), publisher of the Daily News, has emerged among the top media exhibitors at the 50th Dar es Salaam International Trade Fair (Sabasaba), after securing third place in the Best News Exhibition Stand category.
The award recognised TSN’s exhibition performance during the annual trade fair, which brought together businesses, institutions, and exhibitors from Tanzania and abroad.
TSN Director of Business Development Sotter Salema received the award on behalf of the company during the closing ceremony.

The accolade was presented by Dr Habiba Hassan Omar, Permanent Secretary in Zanzibar’s Ministry of Industry and Trade.
The ceremony was graced by Zanzibar President and Chairman of the Revolutionary Council Dr Hussein Ali Mwinyi, who was the Guest of Honour.
