
SEOUL: THE Minister for Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation, Mahmoud Thabit Kombo, is expected to lead the country’s delegation to the Korea–Africa Foreign Ministers’ Meeting scheduled for May 31 to June 2, 2026, in Seoul, South Korea.
According to information from the ministry, the meeting will focus on strengthening economic cooperation between Korea and African countries to promote shared prosperity and sustainable growth, while also enhancing joint responses to global challenges.

Speaking during a stakeholders’ meeting ahead of the event, Minister Kombo urged Tanzanian businesspeople to conduct thorough market research before participating in international trade forums, saying a clear understanding of market.
